Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician II Part-time

Lakeview Center is a leading provider of comprehensive behavioral health care services to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies, and intellectual disabilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide essential support to our counselors, therapists, and nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals receiving services, promoting a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including accessing resources and building functional relationships with others.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Implement specific interventions according to individual treatment plans, monitoring progress and documenting outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children or seriously mentally ill adults, or completion of one year of college classes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to provide individualized care and support.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and insurability under corporate policy.
Compensation:

Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.12 per hour, with shift differential pay available for eligible shifts.
