Competitive Compensation: Our Retail Sales Specialists earn $19 per hour.

Work Schedule:
Shifts typically start between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM, concluding between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM, with weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front End Operations:
    Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by building strong relationships with customers. Utilize skills acquired through training to ensure efficient service.
  • Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system, including scanning items and handling cash.
  • Conduct thorough checks of purchases against receipts as customers exit the store.

Sales Floor Management:
Focus on driving sales and minimizing losses by:

  • Assisting customers in locating products and informing them of available services.
  • Receiving and organizing inventory shipments, ensuring shelves are stocked and well-presented.
  • Maintaining product labeling and ensuring proper stock rotation.

Customer Service Excellence:
Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff by:

  • Following safety protocols and reporting any hazards.
  • Ensuring cleanliness in all areas of the store, including sales floors and restrooms.
  • Managing cart collection and ensuring they are clean and functional.

Work Environment:
Work is conducted in a retail setting, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions. The noise level is generally moderate, and tasks may require the use of ladders or elevated surfaces.

Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of experience in retail cashiering or stocking is required.
  • Preferred experience includes one year in retail sales or customer service.

  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and basic math skills.
  • Motivation and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
