Job OverviewMali Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Accounts Specialist for Commercial Properties to join our team in the New Jersey area. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Accounts Specialist for Commercial Properties will be responsible for recording transactions to general ledger accounts by analyzing invoices, reviewing commercial leases, and processing monthly billing for tenants according to lease terms. They will also be required to schedule and prepare checks to pay vendors, process tenant payments, and monitor accounts for delinquency. Additionally, they will correspond with tenants, utility companies, vendors, and executive staff to ensure efficient operation of multiple commercial properties.

RequirementsWe are looking for an individual with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, experience working within the commercial property or real estate development industries, and experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software. Prior professional accounting experience is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, dependable, and reliable, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment. Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
