At Shiseido Americas, we are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Analyst Specialist to join our team. The compensation package is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a portfolio of Master Data elements in support of our Operations Organization. They will validate data for completeness and adherence to global master data governance rules and processes.

The Master Data Analyst Specialist will ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and complete by performing data validation and coordinating with relevant data owners. They will also be responsible for processing change requests accurately and on time to support business needs. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to learn systems quickly.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering and 0-3 years of relevant experience. They will be a self-starter with a willingness to challenge data and drive results. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Master Data Analyst Specialist will have the opportunity to support the E2E testing of SAP systems for any future regional integrations and/or change request unit acceptance testing. They will also be responsible for updating data pertaining to the yearly Budget process and assisting in leading strategic MIM actions within the project timeline.

The following are the key responsibilities and qualifications for the Master Data Analyst Specialist role:

  • Create and maintain Master Data elements to include but not limited to: Finished Goods, Components, Bulk, Raw Materials and BOMs.
  • Perform data validation and coordinate with relevant data owners to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and complete.
  • Ensure change requests are processed accurately and on time to support business needs.
  • Become knowledgeable on master data end to end process and impact of attributes to business operations.
  • Perform End to End testing and provide feedback and guidance for resolution of issues in support of FOCUS project integrations or Change Requests as needed.
  • Responsible for update of any data pertaining to yearly Budget process and assist in leading strategic MIM actions within the project timeline.
