As a Lead Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting and serving individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, helping them to achieve independence and a high quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding).
  • Implement Individual Support Plans (ISP).
  • Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation.
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments and job sites.
  • Foster meaningful relationships between individuals and their community.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • I9 Identification (Social Security Card, Passport, etc.).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • 1 year of direct care experience.
