Production Support Lead

As a Production Support Lead at CoolSnail, you will be responsible for leading the production support activities of our client's compensation management solution group. Your key responsibilities will include planning production calendars to meet stakeholder review and payroll deadlines, coordinating daily production activities, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating system fixes with necessary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production calendars to meet stakeholder review and payroll deadlines
- Coordinate daily production activities, including pipeline scheduling, report generation, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate system fixes with necessary teams
- Monitor production activities to ensure successful completion or coordinate resolution of any production failures
Requirements:
- Experience across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience managing incidents using ServiceNow or any similar tool
- Experience with supporting the following or similar technologies: Informatica ETL, Oracle PL/SQL
Preferred Skills:
- SAP Commissions
- Scripting languages such as Unix Bash shell, Perl, or Python
- Experience performing system application testing
- Experience performing system administration duties
Benefits:
- Full-time salary: $90,000 - $110,000 plus benefits/bonus
- Onsite/hybrid role in our Davidson NC office
