Qualifications:

- Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in NJ.
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver resident care in alignment with established nursing standards and the individualized care plan, as well as the physician's treatment directives.


- Adhere to the care plan outlined by our Nurse Manager.

- Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.

- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions and report findings as necessary.

- Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.
