About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Operations and Systems in the Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of impact within our brand and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the next phase RSC risk and vendor performance management systems and associated data infrastructure and visualization.
  • Lead the strategy to build next phase RSC data and technology solution to advance RSC analytics, risk analysis, and performance management capability.
  • Direct the coordination of integrated insights and analytics across vendor-base, ensuring that vendor performance and identified risks are analyzed and communicated to the sourcing teams through regular reporting.
  • Design and manage document management systems, serving as the central source of truth and best practice for RSC documents and records management.
  • Develop supplier-facing RSC training activities, ensuring the training is continuously updated and improved to minimize supply chain and enterprise risk.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience working in supply chain, sourcing, risk management, with experience in apparel/textile and footwear an asset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building, directing, and managing large projects, with appreciation of and experience in managing roll out of technology projects and programs.
  • Proven ability to address tactical business problems with strategic solutions, generate executive and/or board-level written materials, and deliver related presentations.
  • Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written, negotiation, and presentational, with the ability to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms to different audiences.
