Position Summary

OVERVIEW: This role is essential in guaranteeing that all team members deliver exceptional service to our visitors. The individual will also oversee the efficient utilization of parking spaces in designated areas during events, ensuring safety and optimal capacity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to assess staffing levels and positioning of flaggers for optimal efficiency within assigned parking areas.
  2. Evaluate and prepare parking facilities before events to maximize available space and ensure clear access points for vehicles.
  3. Install necessary signage to guide traffic effectively into and out of parking zones.
  4. Develop and implement a traffic management plan for the parking areas, briefing flaggers and monitoring compliance throughout the event.
  5. Assist guests in locating available parking spots.
  6. Continuously track available parking capacity during events and communicate updates to relevant personnel.
  7. Manage traffic flow in and out of parking areas, adjusting flagger deployment as necessary.
  8. Prepare parking facilities for egress once events commence.
  9. Help guests who may have difficulty remembering where they parked.
  10. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing event attendees' inquiries and directing them to the Operations Manager or appropriate department when needed.
  11. Report any incidents, safety concerns, or policy violations to the Operations Manager or relevant department.
  12. Assist in the training of new flagger staff to ensure adherence to stadium protocols and efficient performance of duties.
  13. Engage in special projects and tasks as required by business needs.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES
  • Flagger Personnel
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Basic math skills for handling currency.
  • Proficient in completing detailed reports regarding daily activities and incidents.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Work environment may be loud on event days.
  • This position involves both office and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
