Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled LPN Lead to join our team in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

The LPN Lead will be responsible for coordinating and expediting clinical operations, ensuring the efficient flow of patient care. This role will involve supervising a team of LPNs and Medical Assistants, developing staffing schedules, and overseeing medication inventory and ordering.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in the ambulatory setting as an LPN, with a strong background in specialty-specific clinical practices and workflows. Leadership experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and expedite clinical operations
• Supervise LPNs and Medical Assistants
• Develop staffing schedules
• Oversee medication inventory and ordering
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Recent experience in the ambulatory setting as an LPN
• Strong background in specialty-specific clinical practices and workflows
• Leadership experience preferred
