LPN Lead

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled LPN Lead to join our team in Foxboro, Massachusetts. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the clinical operations of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

• Develop and maintain staffing schedules to ensure efficient patient care
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of the LPN team to ensure compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to develop patient education material and telephone screening protocols
• Participate in the selection, supervision, and development of LPN and MA team members
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
• Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Recent experience (within 5 years) in the ambulatory setting as an LPN
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage critical issues and work effectively with inter-professional colleagues
