This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the shared service center, providing exemplary customer service to employees, managers, and the HR team. The successful candidate will be proficient in all HR disciplines, including recruiting, on-boarding, HRIS, and payroll, and will be able to respond to employee needs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service to employees, managers, and the HR team, resolving HR-related questions and concerns.
- Remain proficient in all HR disciplines, including recruiting, on-boarding, HRIS, and payroll.
- Respond to employee needs in a timely manner, including password resets, direct deposit issues, and pay card problems.
- Manage the on-boarding process for new hires and rehires, including drug screens, physicals, and employment verification.
- Process and file all documents within 48 hours of receipt.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Results-driven and organized, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
