Position Overview:

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. This includes:

Key Responsibilities:
The analyst will be tasked with:
  • Conducting independent research and establishing essential contacts.
  • Resolving complex issues and guiding team members in evaluating the effectiveness of agency-wide programs.
  • Improving existing business processes through innovative solutions.
  • Delivering final presentations to various organizational levels, utilizing networking techniques to influence outcomes.

Time in Grade Requirement:
Applicants must meet applicable Time in Grade (TIG) requirements, having served at least one year at the next lower grade level in the relevant career progression.

Time After Competitive Appointment:
Current federal employees must have completed a minimum of 90 days of service since their last competitive appointment to be eligible for this position.
