About the Company:

  • Creative Financial Staffing is a staffing agency that specializes in placing financial professionals in temporary and permanent positions.
  • We have a client in DC who is looking for an AR Specialist to join their team.

Job Summary:

  • The AR Specialist will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining a billing schedule, and posting payments.
  • They will also be responsible for collections, general reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of AR experience
  • Sage Intacct and Concur is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel skills are a plus
  • Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail.

What We Offer:

  • $25-29/hr depending on experience
  • This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate at a salary of $60,000 a year depending on experience
  • Hybrid (2 in, 3 out) on a 37.5/hr work week
