Position Overview
The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and support cases related to cloud design solutions. This role involves gathering pertinent information from clients in accordance with established company protocols and documenting interactions within the company's CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a pipeline of support cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify, prioritize, and explore options for addressing issues reported by clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers and escalate feedback to internal teams including R&D, QA, Product Development, and Leadership.
- Occasional travel may be necessary for training or other related events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer or technical support role.
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk or ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Attention to detail is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree or technical certification in a relevant field.
- Experience in the dental industry, including labs, dental schools, or dental offices.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technology or dental workflows.
