Job Summary

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and educating customers about insurance options.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting the development of our business.
  • Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
Requirements
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Prior sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing).
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
