About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Office Staffing Assistant to join our team at Right at Home. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible experience for our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with caregivers to ensure a seamless match between clients and caregivers, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction.
  • Manage referrals, ensuring accuracy and detail, and handle all necessary paperwork and communication.
  • Perform supervisory tasks, including scheduling, timecard processing, and payroll responsibilities, as well as monitoring our telephony system.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and personnel management of caregivers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Available for on-call duty outside of normal office hours, as required.
