Job Title: Brand Manager

7 Leaves Cafe is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our brand, driving strategic marketing initiatives that support our growth and elevate our brand presence.

About the Role:

As a Brand Manager at 7 Leaves Cafe, you will be responsible for ensuring that all brand activities align with our mission and contribute to measurable growth in cup counts and brand awareness across the US. You will analyze data to extract insights that will inform strategic decisions, focusing on increasing cup counts and overall sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day brand activities, ensuring all initiatives align with 7 Leaves Cafe's mission and contribute to the brand's growth.
  • Drive brand growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Analyze data to extract insights that will inform strategic decisions, focusing on increasing cup counts and overall sales.
  • Develop detailed roadmaps and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead PR efforts to enhance the brand's public image and cultivate strategic partnerships that will expand brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications, collaborating with the creative team to maintain a cohesive brand identity across digital, print, and in-store materials.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Creative Project Lead and Social Media Manager, to execute cohesive marketing strategies that amplify the brand's voice.
  • Act as a brand advocate, both internally and externally, ensuring that all brand activities reflect 7 Leaves Cafe's core values and mission.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and consumer behavior, adapting brand strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in PR and partnership management is a plus.
