Key Responsibilities

  • Paint frames, hitches, steps, and jacks.
  • Ensure the exterior of RVs aligns with company standards through thorough cleaning and washing.
  • Apply or remove decals as needed.
  • Conduct minor cosmetic repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Clean and polish wheels, tires, and all compartments.
  • Update completion board and manage other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates must be detail-oriented, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally possess basic shop skills. Furthermore, the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and work under various weather conditions is crucial.
