Job Description

At GoodNight Stay, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating third-party scheduling and vendor arrangements to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and coordination across multiple platforms of communication, including email, phone, and project management tools.
  • Track inventory levels and monitor supply chain logistics to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success and cohesion.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Actively engage in hands-on tasks, leading by example and demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
