Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in operations or general management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language: Fluent English, with other languages preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mathematical skills, with the ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to attend workshops, trade shows, and conventions.
  • Work Environment: Regular attendance is essential, with the ability to work indoors and outdoors, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
