Job Summary:

As a Nursing Assistant at Select Medical, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of our patients. You will work collaboratively with our nursing and therapy teams to provide exceptional care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include obtaining vital signs, assisting patients with daily activities, and reporting any issues or progress observed. You will also reinforce rehab techniques as assigned by the therapy team and encourage patients to reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain vital signs and assist patients with daily activities

• Report any issues or progress observed to the nursing and therapy teams

• Reinforce rehab techniques as assigned by the therapy team

• Encourage patients to reach their goals and participate in their rehabilitation process

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required

• Hospital experience preferred
