About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain high standards for staff performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and staffing plans to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of support services staff, including housekeeping and facilities maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, administration, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
  • Coordinate external services, such as pest control and window cleaning, to ensure a high level of service quality.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support services-related field with high customer/client contact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
