Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export Clerk to join our team in the export department. As an Export Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Processing export orders independently and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer support and consultation services
• Handling freight and customs procedures
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring transportation
• Corresponding with customers and partners worldwide
• Preparing and sending invoices
• Participating in trade fairs and exhibitions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Completed commercial training and several years of experience in export processing, preferably in the medical technology industry
• Fluent English skills, with additional Spanish or French skills being an advantage
• Excellent PC user skills, communication skills, and confident telephone behavior
• A high level of accuracy and responsibility
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
