Key Responsibilities

Operational Management and Enhancement
  • Oversee the ongoing implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Slate system to deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Drive efficiencies in application processing and daily operations by integrating new functionalities and technologies.
  • Collaborate with project leads across various departments to streamline processes such as file reviews, recruitment travel, and event management.
  • Facilitate the annual preparation of Slate for the upcoming admissions cycle, ensuring all systems are updated and effective.
  • Develop and maintain forms, queries, and reports to support operational needs.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Administer data and records within Slate related to prospective students and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain data imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work alongside IT teams to enhance data integration and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain integrity and accuracy.
Training and Support
  • Act as a resource for university-wide users, providing guidance and support on Slate functionalities.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels.
  • Organize training sessions for internal and external stakeholders to promote effective use of the system.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM systems, particularly Technolutions Slate; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
