Key Responsibilities

Operational Management and Enhancement
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Technolutions Slate system to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Drive improvements in application processing and daily operations by integrating new functionalities and technologies.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, and Financial Aid to streamline processes related to file reviews, recruitment, and event management.
  • Facilitate the annual preparation cycle for Slate, ensuring readiness for upcoming admissions by auditing and updating necessary systems.
  • Develop and manage forms, queries, and reports to support operational needs.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Administer data related to prospective students, applications, and alumni within the Slate system.
  • Design and maintain data imports and exports, ensuring seamless integration with external vendor files.
  • Work alongside Admissions and IT teams to enhance data transfer processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain integrity and accuracy across all records.
Training and Support
  • Act as the primary resource for Slate users across the university, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within the Slate system.
  • Organize and lead training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM systems, particularly Technolutions Slate, is preferred. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
