Project Manager Job Description

NANA Regional Corp is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the IT Operations and Maintenance contract in a DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure achievement of all contract SLA/performance levels.
  • Develop and submit over 50 recurring deliverables, including document management and control.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and oversight to subordinate technical personnel.
  • Understand and integrate all ongoing technical efforts within the project.
Qualifications:
  • 8 years of project management experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including professional interface and communication with customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills.
  • Ability to understand, monitor, and integrate all technical efforts within the project.
  • Ability to quickly identify negative performance in a project and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Experience working in a DoD military environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Project Management Professional certification or relevant bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science).
Desired Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree and PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • Work experience in a US Navy environment highly preferred.
