About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Caterlink. As a key member of our site-based team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals to our schools and colleges.

The successful candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with a strong focus on teamwork, cost management, and supplier relationships. You will have a proven track record of supervisory experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the site-based team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food products
  • Manage costs, negotiate with suppliers, and build strong relationships to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and other regulatory requirements
