Chartwells - Schools Catering Supervisor Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchens and service counters, delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality food to meet the needs of our customers
  • Supervising and mentoring our culinary and service teams to ensure excellent food and customer service
  • Collaborating with our management team to monitor key performance indicators and targets
  • Representing Chartwells - Schools and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Liaising with customers and our teams to ensure we exceed expectations
  • Supporting and training our teams to ensure everyone can excel in their role
  • Implementing and reviewing health and safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar catering role
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • A Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and great-tasting food
