About the Role

Caterlink is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services, working closely with our chefs, kitchen staff, and other teams to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget and making the most of our resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring that we are getting the best value for money.
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and services, working with our chefs and other teams to create innovative and appealing options for our customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
