Bookstore Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a bookseller at KBA Retail LLC in Washington DC. As a bookseller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and assisting with events and inventory management.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. You will work closely with our team to achieve challenging sales goals and provide a welcoming and engaging experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers in conversations about books
- Drive sales and meet sales targets
- Assist with events, including author readings and book signings
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
