We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team at Teamfromscratch. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Account Executive team in streamlining the sales process and executing events successfully.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assist in creating and revising event proposals, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date
  • Submit and monitor vendor orders for required materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery
  • Verify billing information and assist with preparing invoices for submission to Accounting
  • Coordinate with the Account Executive to ensure seamless communication with clients
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and events as needed, providing support and assistance
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, ensuring the highest level of service and support
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated interest in food and event sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Reliable transportation to office and events required, with a valid driver's license
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative and/or event experience a plus, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
