Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Canteen North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Visits and Client Retention: Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and develop strategies to improve retention.
- Grand Openings: Assist branches with grand opening preparations and ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to local and national account standards, review compliance reporting, and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Account Level Sales: Develop incremental sales plans with local management, track performance, and increase profitability.
- Customer Experience: Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and satisfaction at the point of sale.
- Retail Pricing and Merchandising: Build retail pricing opportunities, encourage repeat sales, and introduce new products to increase revenue.
- Compliance and Merchandising Standards: Drive compliance to merchandising standards and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Performance Assessment: Assess performance by location through audit reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Route Management: Perform the job functions of the Route Driver position, including driving a company vehicle to deliver products and services.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Driving Experience: 3 years of driving experience required, with a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record.
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Route Management and Retail Experience: Preferred experience in route management, retail, and merchandising.
- Material Handling: Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment, such as box trucks and handcarts.
- Food and Beverage Experience: Experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills required.
- Travel: Must be able to travel to client sites.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
