About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Multifamily Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the construction management team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the successful completion of multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed within the set timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction activities, subcontractor management, and project documentation.

Rewards And Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including per diem, ESOP, 401K Savings Plan, medical, dental & vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, and paid time off and holiday pay.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing multifamily projects valued at $20MM and higher.
  • Highly experienced in Procore.
  • Computer Skills Required – Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Advanced knowledge of the design-build construction process, including preconstruction, major system evaluations, estimating, scheduling, cost control, design, and client management.
