Project Manager and Senior PM Opportunity
Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager to join their team in Augusta, Maine.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large ground-up projects between $2M and $10M, with a strong emphasis on team collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ground-up projects between $2M and $10M
- Oversee Assistant Project Managers and report to the Senior Project Manager
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
- Commuting to Augusta, ME
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record of leading large ground-up projects
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline
- Ability to commute to Augusta, ME
