About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique workout experience
  • Conduct studio tours, showcasing our facilities and equipment
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships to existing and prospective clients, meeting sales targets and contributing to the studio's revenue growth
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for clients
