- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, including studio tours and introductory workouts.
- Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout.
- Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle client concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio.
- Ensure the studio, lobby, and front desk areas are clean and organized.
- Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Previous sales experience and strong sales skills are a plus.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Functional computer skills are necessary.
- Health and fitness-minded individuals are strongly preferred.
