Rendr, a leading primary care focused, multi-specialty medical group, is seeking a bi-lingual English and Chinese speaking Ophthalmic Technician to join our growing practice in Brooklyn, NY, and Manhattan, NY.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist providers with charting using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Navigate patients efficiently throughout the practice and optimize clinical flow
- Check vision, eye pressure, record history of present illness, and take photos for patient records
- Collaborate with front desk personnel in scheduling appointments and other clerical duties
- Minimum of Highschool Diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
- Bi-lingual in English and Chinese Cantonese required (Mandarin a plus)
- Willingness to travel across various locations across practice locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow with the company
