National Operations Manager

Vending Coast, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant National Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the National Project Manager to drive daily operations and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
- Review and filter shortlisted applications for potential new hires nationwide.
- Assist in interviewing applicants and work closely with senior-level management to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Participate in multi-state work trips as needed to support business growth.
- Oversee debt control and ensure company policies are followed.
- Optimize profits by controlling costs and implementing efficient processes.
- Contribute to the hiring process, training, and development of new employees nationwide.
- Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Lead by example and provide guidance to employees when needed.
- Ensure product quality and availability, and assist customers as required.
- Organize employee schedules and take disciplinary action when necessary.
- Motivate employees to focus on the company mission and complete tasks assigned by the National Project Manager accurately and efficiently.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and conduct regular audits to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in the industry or in previous management positions.
- Excellent time management abilities, including managing multiple calendars.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks.
- Good administrative skills, including filing and document organization.
- Excellent communication, including writing, email, and memo creation, interpersonal communication, and customer service.
- Great active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities.
- Fast problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
