We are seeking an experienced Assistant National Manager to join our team at Promo Builder, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the National Project Manager to drive daily operations and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
  • Review and filter shortlisted applications for potential new hires nationwide.
  • Assist in interviewing applicants and work closely with senior-level management to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Participate in multi-state work trips as needed and take charge of debt control.
  • Ensure company policies are followed and optimize profits by controlling costs.
  • Contribute to the hiring process, training, and development of new employees nationwide.
  • Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction and maintain a management style that adheres to company best practices.
  • Provide leadership and direction to employees when needed and ensure product quality and availability.
  • Assist customers and ensure a consistent standard of customer service.
  • Organize employee schedules and take disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Motivate employees and focus on the company mission.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the National Project Manager accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate reports, analyze data, and conduct regular audits.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the industry or previous management positions.
  • Exceptional time management abilities, including managing multiple calendars.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks.
  • Good administrative skills, including filing and document organization.
  • Excellent communication, including writing, email, and memo creation, interpersonal communication, and customer service.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Fast problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
