Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator, Social Media & Events to play a key role in promoting ColdSnap's brand, products, and events. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, coordinating events, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow ColdSnap's online presence across platforms. Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and the website. Assist in the creation of promotional materials for events, including digital assets, flyers, and presentations.
  3. Events Coordination: Plan and execute ColdSnap's participation in industry events, trade shows, and community activities. Coordinate logistics for events, including vendor relationships, booth setup, and promotional materials.
  4. Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador at events, representing ColdSnap with enthusiasm and professionalism. Build relationships with influencers, customers, and partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Travel and Onsite Support: Occasionally travel to offsite customer locations to gather information, support customers with setup, address marketing needs, and answer their questions.
  6. Marketing Support: Assist with additional marketing initiatives as needed, including email campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media and/or events.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
