Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Do & Co. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with new hire orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee files, update HR databases, and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Address employee queries and concerns, and escalate more complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Assist with basic employee inquiries regarding timesheets, payroll, benefits, and login support as needed.
- Distribute physical and digital training materials.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Prepare monthly compensation and attendance spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a HR Admin, Clerk, Coordinator, or similar positions within an HR department.
- Associate's degree in administration or a related field preferred. BA in Human Resources is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Comprehensive grasp of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and compensation procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite required. Familiarity with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and adept time-management skills.
- Fundamental understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
