We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Do & Co. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with new hire orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee files, update HR databases, and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Address employee queries and concerns, and escalate more complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Assist with basic employee inquiries regarding timesheets, payroll, benefits, and login support as needed.
  • Distribute physical and digital training materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Prepare monthly compensation and attendance spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a HR Admin, Clerk, Coordinator, or similar positions within an HR department.
  • Associate's degree in administration or a related field preferred. BA in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish required.
  • Comprehensive grasp of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and compensation procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite required. Familiarity with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities and adept time-management skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
