The Senior Customer Assistance Representative will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support for branch and rental requirements. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills through targeted training and practical experience, enabling the representative to assist customers effectively and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding reservations, pricing, and general information, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct follow-up calls for customer callbacks and other assigned tasks.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing rental needs both in-person and via phone.
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding their rental experience.
- Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return and process check-ins efficiently.
- Market the company’s services effectively while ensuring customer safety during pickups and drop-offs.
- Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services clearly.
- Promote optional protection plans, upgrades, and other enhancements.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, as required.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation.
- Execute other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Driving record must reflect no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past three years.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required, with no need for sponsorship.
- At least six months of experience with the current or most recent employer is necessary.
