About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Host to join our team in Ashland Springs Hotel. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a positive and memorable experience while visiting our establishment. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and as such, you will need to be friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about our services and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or establishment
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns they may have

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
