Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Senior Financial Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, along with proficiency in larger ERP systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quarterly account reconciliations and closing activities to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and reconcile store-level financials.
  • Assist in fixed asset reconciliation and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Prepare and input general ledger journal entries.
  • File sales tax returns and compile compliance reports for banking.
  • Support both external and internal audits by preparing necessary reports and workpapers.
  • Investigate accounting data to address financial inquiries.
  • Collaborate with tax authorities for return preparation.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as required.
  • Assist in the quarterly inventory process.
