Job Summary

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist Level III to join our team in Vallejo, California.

Job Description

As a CT Technologist Level III, you will be responsible for competently performing routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers. You will work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner.

You will gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. You will adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.

Requirements
  • Graduation from a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
  • CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
  • RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 days of hire if required at the affiliate
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • General knowledge of diagnostic computerized tomography principles, procedures, views, and equipment
  • Ability to perform routine CT examinations and basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods
Work Environment

This is a short-hour role with a variable schedule, including weekends. The pay range for this role is $61.23 to $76.52 per hour.
