Highly Creative Interior Designer for Dynamic Projects

Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled interior designer with 2-5 years of experience in creative projects, television/movie set design, commercial, or hospitality projects. You'll work closely with our talented team to bring themed concept designs to life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong design concepts and accurately documenting them in design presentations and construction documents
- Collaborating with the Director to develop and execute project plans
- Ensuring seamless space planning, FF&E specifications, material selections, codes, and coordination with consultants
- Participating in regular out-of-state travel as needed by the team
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in highly creative projects, television/movie set design, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Excellent Revit/Smart Modeling, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills (Rhino skills a plus)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- LEED and/or WELL accreditation (a plus)
- Progress towards NCIDQ Certification or Architectural Licensure (a plus)

About Our Office:
We're based in Washington, DC, and we welcome candidates from the surrounding metro area for our hybrid work arrangement.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
