Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our Washington, D.C. studio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all design phases for interior projects and establish a clear vision.
  • Mentor and lead project teams to ensure timely completion of documents and successful project delivery.
  • Develop overall designs, detailed project drawings, and present concepts to clients for approval.
  • Evaluate engineering drawings for compliance with the design solution and resolve any inconsistencies.
  • Work closely with technical staff to finalize details on projects and develop furniture layouts, selections, and specifications.
Requirements
  • Graduate of architecture, design, or business school (equivalent experience may be substituted).
  • 6+ years of experience producing design projects, with expertise in space planning methodology, furnishings and finishes, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office Suite, with expert sketching and rendering skills.
  • Affinity Program skills or equivalent, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation and graphic communication abilities.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
