Job Description:

This exciting opportunity involves working with our dynamic team to develop high-end design concepts for multifamily projects. Your expertise in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio, and InDesign will enable you to create compelling presentations and construction documents that meet the highest standards.

Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of experience in hospitality and multifamily residential interior design
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Technical expertise, including code analysis (ADA/FHA/IBC, etc.) and consultant coordination experience (MEP, lighting, acoustic, security)
  • Project management skills, creativity, and positivity
  • Strong skills in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio, and InDesign
  • Excellent 3D modeling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • LEED and/or WELL accreditation
  • Progress towards NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid work arrangements, flexible hours, paid leave, 401(k), health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
