About Morada Temple

Morada Temple, a leading provider of senior living communities, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Counselor to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a critical role in promoting our Independent Living community and helping seniors and their families find the perfect living solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to explore their new living options.
  • Present the different lifestyles available at Morada Temple, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and personalized care services to meet their needs.
  • Conduct community tours and host prospect and professional events to build occupancy in our community.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
  • Compassionate and interested in working with seniors.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Expert at discovering a prospect's sales motivation and needs.
  • Quick, strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections.
  • Ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and accomplishing goals.
  • Project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads, and sales activities.
